Bridled tern
Onychoprion anaethetus
Also known as the Wideawake Tern because it would be impossible to sleep next to them for they call continuously.
These terns nest and settle on rocks and spend the winter at sea, often floating around with patches of seaweed (Sargassum).
Like other terns (and perhaps some humans), the females choose a mate according to how much fish he brings her during courtship.
