Dascyllus aruanus, ‘humbug dascyllus’

I’m not sure if you would be able to recognise it, but a school of dascyllus has a distinct social structure where there is a dominant male and a hierarchy. Those higher up in the social order get the best food and the dominant male also has the right to mate with all the females. Not satisfied with that, the dominant male, if big enough, will try to mate with the females of other groups and does so by swimming over to their coral head, performing a courtship dance and then leading them back to his nest.
