pencil urchin

Echinometra mathaei

If this creature gets hungry it grows a bigger mouth. The pencil urchin eats away rock, getting nutrition from the organic matter attached to it and if there is not much food attached to it, it will grow a bigger mouth to fit more in (unfortunately to do this its sexual organs get smaller).
